Confirmation of Bye-Laws as to Pleasure Grounds

Notice is hereby given that Fermanagh and Omagh District Council intends, after the expiry of the period mentioned below, to apply to the Department for Communities for confirmation of the following Bye-Laws made by the Council:

Pleasure Grounds

Copies of these Bye-Laws are available on the Council website and also at the offices of the Council at The Townhall, Townhall Street, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, BT74 7BA and Connect Centre, 16 High Street, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT78 1BQ and will be open to inspection without payment on any week day, not being a public holiday, during the usual office hours (9am-5pm) up to and including Monday 11 September 2023.

Copies of the Bye-Laws or any part there of will be supplied on request.

Any objection to the confirmation of the Bye-Laws should be made by letter addressed to:
