In addition to our extensive Fitness Class Programme, Fermanagh Lakeland Forum also offers a wide variety of fitness courses allowing the participant to commence a programme and work their way through various competencies, progressing to an advanced level. Swimming Courses
Learn to swim with the Experts! Fermanagh Lakeland Forum swimming lesson programme is offered to all people regardless of age or ability. From Babies (4 months+) to Adult, complete beginner to Advanced, there’s sure to be a class suited to you! We have group lessons where you can learn or perfect your technique with those of a similar ability/standard or individual one-to-one lessons where you will have the undivided attention from your Instructor. Lessons can be spread over several weeks or we occasionally offer “Intense” lessons over a short period of time by attending every day for a set number of days. Lifesaving Courses
Fermanagh Lakeland Forum are proud to offer the RLSS Lifesaving Programme, with courses such as the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, to those who wish to develop their skills and be confident in a pool or sea environment, enjoy water activities safely and use lifesaving skills where necessary. This industry recognised qualification offers successful candidates the opportunity to pursue a career in the leisure sector.
