Gym & Fitness
Omagh Leisure Complex offers a range of fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Below is our new Kit to Get Fit programme starting from 02 January 2025 (programme may be subject to change).
Advanced booked is available online or through the app from 2 days in advance.
Classes are free of charge for members or the following prices for pay and go customers:
60 minute class – £6.50
45 minute class – £5.50
30 minute class – £4.50
Open Cycle – £3.70 (there is no coach during these sessions – customers plan their own workout)
Pre-booked courses are not included free in memberships but are available at a reduced price for members.

You do not need to pre-book to attend the DEC Gym and Weights area, just come along as walk-ins are welcome!*
*All persons wanting to attend the gym must complete an induction with a qualified member of staff before they can attend the gym on a casual basis.
Class Bookings & Admittance Policy
We are delighted to be able to offer a variety of classes in the Complex and to see how popular they are amongst our members and pay and go customers alike. Their popularity has continued to grow in recent months and we appreciate all the feedback we have received about the classes, our coaching staff and the ability to manage class bookings through our app.
Unfortunately, with an increase in the number of people pre-booking classes, we have also seen an increase in members arriving late for classes or not attending at all after reserving a space. This can cause great disruption and inconvenience to both our coaches and other customers who are attending the class or to customers who are on a waiting list and hoping to attend.
In light of these challenges, we have taken the decision to update our Class Booking & Admittance Policy as follows:
– Customers should arrive at least 5 minutes early, dressed appropriately with a water bottle and towel.
– Customers must check-in with the coach on arrival to avoid any ‘no show’ fees.
– Late arrivals (5+ minutes) will be denied entry, and their spot may be offered to others.
– If customers cannot attend, they are asked to cancel at least 1 hour before the class to allow others to join. Insufficient notice will incur an automatic ‘late cancellation’ fee.
This new policy will be in effect from Tuesday 19th November 2024.
We kindly ask all members who have booked a class and can no longer attend to please cancel your booking as far in advance of the class starting as possible so another member can avail of the space. You can cancel your booking either through the app or by telephoning us on 02882246711 option 2 to speak to a staff member or option 3 to leave a voicemail.

Gym Inductions
A gym induction can be booked online, through the app or directly with reception.
An induction is £11.50 or free of charge with a membership or if you are under 18, over 60 or registered with a disability (proof of eligibility may be requested when booking).
We have inductions available at scheduled times each week so you can find a day/time that suits you best.
