Kid’s Activities

Here at Omagh Leisure Complex, we offer a range of kid’s activities throughout the year.

We have inclusive Kid’s Camps during Easter, Summer and Halloween breaks where children can socialise with their peers and build upon their skills through a variety of activities from team games and sports to arts and crafts and more!

Splash Discos are scheduled at various times throughout the year and are open to children aged 8-12 years old who are confident swimmers in the Main Pool.

Family Fun Day - Saturday 29 June

Kick off the Summer holidays together with our Family Fun Day at OLC on Saturday 29 June!

There will be two Family Splash Disco sessions in the morning, Family Swim sessions and Pickleball courts in the afternoon and children’s Bouncy Castle all day. So come along for a day filled with activities for all the family to enjoy together!

Family Splash Disco
Time: 10:45am – 11:30am

The Pool Hall will be closed in the morning but will re-open at 12pm. Please read the following admittance rules carefully for this event.

  • Children age 6-7 years old must be accompanied on a 1-1 basis by a parent/guardian (age18+) during this event.
  • Children age 8+ can attend unaccompanied but must be confident swimmers.
  • Swim vests and armbands are not permitted on the inflatable.
  • The large inflatable is in our Main Pool and so all adults and children should be comfortable in deep water.
  • Spaces are limited and therefore pre-booking is essential to confirm your place – book via the link below by searching course barcode OLCSD.

Bouncy Castle
For children age 0-11 years, just drop-in and have a bounce or play some games for only £3.00 per child.
Available from 9.30am – 4pm (last entry at 3.30pm).

Pickleball
Have tried this new and exciting sport yet? A combination of badminton, tennis and table tennis, it’s fun and easy for all the family.
Drop-in and try it out for just £5, courts available from 12.30pm until 4.30pm.

Family Swims
After our Family Splash Discos, the pool will re-open for general family swimming sessions at 12pm with last admission at 4pm.

Kid's Summer Camps 2024

Our Kid’s Multi-Activity Camp is back for Summer 2024 along with our popular Athletics Camp and also a NEW Netball Camp.

Multi-Activity Camp

Week 1: 01 – 05 July
Week 2: 08 – 11 July (4 days only)*
Week 3: 22 – 26 July
Week 4: 29 July – 02 August
Week 5: 05 – 09 August
Week 6: 12 – 16 August
Week 7: 19 – 23 August

Times: 9am – 3pm each day

Cost: £63.00 for first child
£58.00 for additional child

*Week 2 costs £50.40 for first child and £46.40 for additional child

 

Netball Camp
Dates: Tuesday 16th – Friday 19th July

Times: 10am – 12pm

Cost: £30 per child

 

Athletics Camp
Dates: Monday 22nd – Friday 26th July
Cost: £37.50 per child

Junior Group
Age: 7-11 years old
Time: 10am – 12pm

Senior Group
Age: 11-16 years old
Time: 2pm – 4pm

Gymnastics

All classes are for novice beginners focusing on fundamental skills and balance. Classes are aimed at developing participant’s strength and movement and allowing further development within the sport.
Classes are open to children aged 5-8 years old.
Classes run on Wednesdays at 4.00pm (45 minute lessons) in a 6 week block. Our current block is fully booked however please keep an eye on our website and social media pages for future classes.
