Oral Histories

“A Time of Change 2021″oral history project has resulted in a series of seven interviews with people in the district.  The interviews capture local memories passed down through families and communities relating to 100 years ago, ensuring that they are not lost to time. The Decade of Centenaries, 1912-1923, witnessed a period of tumultuous change across the island. These reminiscences record the impact of the era as it affected people in the local area.
