Building Regulation Fees

There are two occasions when you pay us fees:

· when you make an application to us

· when we carry out the inspections (this is for Full Plan Applications only).

The fee for the inspections is payable in one lump sum and we will send you an invoice for this once we have completed our first inspection.

For your convenience you can pay by cash, cheque, postal order, debit card or credit card.

Fees are set by the Department of Finance for Northern Ireland; most domestic work is covered by set fees but there is also some work which will be based on the estimated cost of work.
