Air-conditioning

All air-conditioning systems with an effective rated output of more than 12kW must be regularly inspected by an energy assessor within five years of its installation and then at five yearly intervals.

To obtain an Air Conditioning Certificate you will need to employ the services of a suitably accredited Energy Assessor. The Energy Assessor will record the Air Conditioning Certificate on the Northern Ireland register which you can access at https://www.gov.uk/find-energy-certificate.
