Good Relations- Everybody Belongs
The #Everybody Belongs campaign strives to oppose racism, sectarianism and discrimination against any of its residents irrespective of background, identity or ethnicity and ensure that everyone feels they belong in a district that is welcoming, shared and inclusive. The core focus of this programme is concentrated not just on the cultural expression of people but integration in to the civic and political life of the district.

Supporting Networks
FODC Good Relations strives to support local organisations that support the Everybody Belongs campaigns.
ERANO (Empowering Refugees and Newcomers Organisation) is one organisation that we support. ERANO’s objective is to ensure they make a difference and helps provide ‘relevant’ assistance to refugees/ newcomers to improve their lives, grow in confidence, and feel part of the community they have made home. To help Refugee and Asylum Seeker communities build capacity where it is needed through time build on their strengths and shared learning, encouraging them to play a more active role within their new communities within Fermanagh Omagh District Council area. ESOL Delivery
Good Relations provide Intensive English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) training for specific areas such as working in the health sector, starting your own business. This training is done through local supporting networks such as ERANO
