Making a Complaint regarding Unsafe Goods

Environmental Health Officers will investigate complaints regarding products that may be unsafe. The Council’s aim is to identify any possible safety defects and ensure unsafe products are not on sale.

Fermanagh & Omagh District Council will only deal with complaints of unsafe goods.

Please Note

If you make a complaint, the Council will endeavour to ensure your complaint details remain confidential but this cannot always be guaranteed.  Additionally, in some circumstances, during investigation, it may be necessary to disclose personal details.
