Health & Safety Registration

For small businesses the completion of a Health & Safety Small Business Self Assessment Checklist and the Request for Information details will allow the Council to determine what your business is doing and what guidance the Council can provide.

Businesses can register with the District Council by downloading and completing a Health & Safety Registration Form or by requesting a Form from the Environmental Health Department by completing the online form below, enquire here.
