Health & Safety Complaints

Complaints relating to dangerous working practices or unsatisfactory conditions at work are investigated by the Council’s Environmental Health Department.

If you witness what you believe is a dangerous working practice or unsatisfactory conditions at a workplace contact the Environmental Health Department who will investigate the complaint.

Please Note

If you make a complaint, the Council will endeavour to ensure your complaint details remain confidential but this cannot always be guaranteed.  Additionally, in some circumstances, during investigation, it may be necessary to disclose personal details.
