Fermanagh and Omagh Sports Awards 2018

Sporting talent from across the Fermanagh and Omagh district was celebrated at the 2018 Fermanagh and Omagh Sports Forum Sports Awards on Friday 1 March 2019 at the Killyhevlin Hotel, Enniskillen.

Organised in partnership with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, the awards recognise and celebrate local sports men and women, individuals and teams, for outstanding sporting performance in 2018.

Winners at the 2018 Fermangh and Omagh Sports Forum Awards were:

Juvenile Sports Personality of the Year: Jamie Lyons // Motorcycling

Junior Sports Personality of the Year: Makenna Chadwick // Archery and Mairead Fox // Handball

Senior Sports Personality of the Year: Shirley McCay // Hockey and Neamh Woods // GAA and Netball

Junior Sports Team of the Year: Enniskillen Gaels GAA

Senior Sports Team of the Year: Enniskillen Rangers F.C. and Tyrone GAA Ladies

Coach of the Year: Michael Kerr // Enniskillen Rangers F.C.

Disability Coach of the Year: Chloe Hamilton // Lakeland Special Olympics Club Kayakers

Outstanding Achievement: Peter Dolan // Run for Enda and Lakeland Special Olympics Club Kayakers
