We have this routine closure of the Jacuzzi on Wednesday mornings to allow our maintenance staff time to check it over and deep clean after the busy weekend period. We aim for the facility to be reopened by lunchtime but the exact time can vary each week.
The day of this closure may be subject to change but we try our best to notify customers in advance.

Fitness Classes

Do I need to book in advance for a class?
You do not need to book, however many of our classes have become increasingly popular and do book up quickly so it may be best if you wish to secure your spot.

How can I book a class?
You can book your space on a class online or via the app or directly through reception. Bookings can be made from 7am two days prior to the class date.

The class I want is fully booked but I am on the waiting list. How does this work?
If you have the app, you will receive a notification that a space has become available. It is then up to you to secure your booking if you still wish to attend or you can remove yourself from the waiting list if it no longer suits.

Are courses included in the free membership classes?
Unfortunately courses like Yoga and Pilates are not free to members but they are available to members at a discounted rate.

I’ve booked online for a class but do I still need to check-in at reception when I arrive?
You do not need to wait in the reception queue if you have booked your space in a class online, however you must give your name to the coach so they can mark you as attended. Failure to notify staff that you attended will result in a £5.50 no show charge being created on your account.

I need to cancel my class booking, can I do this online?
Yes. You can cancel your class bookings through your online member account or your app. Be sure to cancel more that 1 hour before the class starts or a late cancellation fee of £5.50 will automatically be applied to your account.
