Adult Establishments

Fermanagh District Council and Omagh District Council, on 7th January 1986, adopted Schedule 2 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 and resolved that no licences would be issued for the operation of Sex Establishments in the District Council area.
