The Department for Infrastructure announced an inflationary increase in planning fees which came into effect on Thursday 6 April 2023.

Payment of Planning Fees
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s payment of planning application fees can be made in two ways:
- GOV.PAY: By card via the online Planning Portal (NB The Portal has been updated to reflect the increase fee)
- BACS: We accept payment of any fee greater than £4000 by way of BACS.
Please include the temporary planning reference number on the BACS transaction so that it can be linked to your application. For BACS payment account details, please email planning@fermanaghomagh.com
Planning Department - Fees for Non-Statutory Services
Commencing 1st November 2024, the Planning Department will implement a deposit scheme for ordering documents from off-site storage.
The agreed deposit is £36.00, which will be deducted from the total cost of the copy documents.
