What information is being collected?
• Photographic ID
• Date of Birth
• Contact details for two referees – names, telephone numbers
• Postal address
• Email address
• Telephone number

Who is collecting it?
The Fermanagh and Omagh Policing and Community Safety Partnership is the Data Controller which means that we determine how the information is collected, used, protected and shared where appropriate.

How is it collected?
The information was supplied by you in support of your application to be a volunteer co-ordinator.

Why is it being collected?
To facilitate the efficient running of the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme facilitated by the Policing and Community Safety Partnership. The legal basis we rely on for processing your personal data is article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR which means that you have given us consent to hold/use your personal details.

How will it be used?
The PSNI use your information to approve your application.
The DOJ use your information to accredit or reaccredit your Scheme and provide you with an ID Card and an Accreditation /Reaccreditation Certificate.
We use your contact details to send you information relating to the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.

Who will it be shared with?
This data is held by the Fermanagh and Omagh (PCSP) and shared with the PSNI and Department of Justice at the time of your application.
Any personal information provided by you will not be disclosed to any other third party, unless law or regulation compels such a disclosure.

How long will it be retained for?
The co-ordinator’s details will be retained until they are superseded, as per the Council’s Records Retention and Disposal Schedule, however the PCSP Manager will review the information as required from time to time to ensure accuracy. Details can be removed at any time upon request by contacting the PCSP Manager on 0300 303 1777 ext 21214 or emailing carol.follis@fermanaghomagh.com. Please note however that if you ask for your details to be removed you will no longer be able to act in the capacity as volunteer Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator.
