Who is collecting it?
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is the Data Controller which means that we determine how the information is collected, used, protected and shared, where appropriate.

How is it collected?
During consumer protection visits or as a result of consumer protection complaint from householder.

Why is it being collected?
The lawful base we rely on for processing your personal data is article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, meaning the processing is necessary for the Council to comply with consumer protection legislation.

How will it be used?
To enable gathering of evidence and/or risk assessment to be undertaken.

Who will it be shared with?
Tascomi and other Councils

How long will it be retained for?
As per Council’s Records Retention and Disposal Schedule
