Age Friendly Calendar 2025

The 2025 Age Friendly calendar, developed in partnership with the Western Health and Social Care Trust (WHSCT), South West Age Partnership (SWAP) and Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (FODC) and funded by the Public Health Agency, is available via the link below.

The 2025 Age Friendly Calendar will be available from the Connect Centres in Enniskillen and Omagh, Council leisure centres, via older peoples groups or by contacting South West Age Partnership on 028 8225 1524.
