Positive Ageing Month October 2024

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and lead partners, Western Health and Social Care Trust, Public Health Agency and South West Age Partnership worked together to promote Positive Ageing Month throughout the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area during the month of October.

Every year, Positive Ageing Month is celebrated in October, and is a month-long campaign of events, activities and programmes that promote positive ageing, as well as celebrating the contribution older people make to their communities.

Age Friendly at Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is supported by the Public Health Agency.
