Notification of Independent Examination hearing sessions for LDP – draft Plan Strategy

Commencement of Independent Examination into Fermanagh & Omagh District Council Local Development Plan – draft Plan Strategy.

‘Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 Fermanagh and Omagh District Council Local Development Plan – draft Plan Strategy Independent Examination

In accordance with Regulation 22 of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council hereby gives notice that the Planning Appeals Commission (PAC) will commence the Independent Examination (IE) hearing sessions in relation to the Fermanagh and Omagh District Local Development Plan Draft Plan Strategy 2035 at 10.30am on Tuesday 18th January 2022.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, these sessions will be conducted remotely. Details in relation to how the sessions will be conducted are available on the PAC website at https://www.pacni.gov.uk/local-development-plans (link opens in new window).’

The representations and counter-representations are available for inspection at the Connect Centres between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday at Strule House, 16 High Street Omagh, Co.Tyrone BT78 1BQ and County Buildings, 15 East Bridge Street, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, BT74 7BW. The Draft Plan Strategy and supporting documents are available in the document library.
