Census 2021
Introduction
The Northern Ireland 2021 Census was undertaken in March 2021. The first set of results at the Local Government District level was published in September 2022. This includes the topics of: population, households, ethnicity, country of birth and religion.
Further results will be published over the coming 12 to 18 months.
The Northern Ireland Census 2021 is undertaken by the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA).
