Who is collecting it?
The Fermanagh and Omagh Community Safety Partnership is the Data Controller which means that we determine how the information is collected, used, protected, and shared where appropriate.
How is it collected?
Support Hub clients when signing the consent form to be a member of the Support Hub provide the following information – name/address/DOB.
Information pertaining to client’s criminal record and/or medical condition is made available through verbal updates from agency members at the monthly Support Hub meetings. The client, on signing the consent form, agrees for these details to be shared in Support Hub meetings.
Why is it being collected?
To facilitate the running of the Support Hub. The legal basis we rely on for processing your personal data is article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which is that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, or to take steps, at your request, before entering a contract.
How will it be used?
The information is used to determine the most appropriate supports to be made available to Support Hub clients.
Who will it be shared with?
The information will be shared only with the agency members of the Support Hub. No personal information will be shared with any other third party unless law or regulation compels such a disclosure.
How long will it be retained for?
The list of Support Club clients is reviewed and updated at the monthly meeting; members details are only retained for as long as they consent to be a client of the Support Hub. .
Clients can revoke their consent to be a member of the Support Hub at any time.
