Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is the Data Controller which means that we determine how the information is collected, used, protected and shared, where appropriate.

Via online entries, phone and email.

Why is it being collected?
The legal basis we rely on for processing your personal information is article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR which means that the processing of your information is necessary for a contract we have with you or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract.

How will it be used?
To compile results, to correspond with competitors and to correspond with next of kin, if required.

Who will it be shared with?
Any personal information provided by you will not be disclosed to any other third party, unless law or regulation compels such a disclosure. If the event requires information to be shared with another party, you will be advised on what information is being shared and the reason for doing so. Any party where personal information is shared with holds a Data Sharing Agreement with the Council
