This information is collected through an application/declaration process.

Why is it being collected?
The lawful basis we rely on for processing your personal data is article 6(1)b of the GDPR which means that the processing is necessary for a contract we have with you or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract.

How will it be used?
The information is being collected to communicate with the applicant and deliver a service.

Who will it be shared with?
Personal information may be shared with the staff responsible for addressing the matter or dealing with the issue. Personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party, unless law or regulation compels such a disclosure.
